This training is part of ongoing efforts to develop community skills and raise awareness in Gaza about the importance of respecting human rights and working toward practical and sustainable democracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The first training session focused on presentation and public speaking skills, delivered by Dr. Raed Hilles, a business development consultant. The session covered effective speech-building techniques, engagement strategies, and professional presentation methods, which in turn enable participants to strengthen their skills in communicating messages related to democracy and human rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Participants praised the program organizing and the importance of the topics discussed, emphasizing the need to continue such initiatives that contribute to building a society more aware of rights and freedoms.<br>For its part, PalThink affirmed its commitment to implementing more projects that aim to develop Gaza and promote the values of democracy and human rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">It is worth noting that the \u201cSWITCH\u201d project serves as a model of collaboration between local and international organizations to promote human values and translate them into tangible daily practices that benefit
